This Privacy Policy applies to Advisory Mediacare Services, owned by Tabrez Pasha N, operating the mobile application “Frentis” (hereinafter referred to as “Frentis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Frentis application (the “App” or “Platform”), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

📥 1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data as declared in Google Play Data Safety.

A. Personal Information (Collected, Required)

We collect and store:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• User account ID (Firebase UID or internal ID)

Purpose:

• App functionality
• Account management
• Order processing
• Delivery coordination
• Profile display

This data is stored in our backend (Firebase / secure cloud database).

B. Financial Information

1) User Payment Information (Collected + Shared)

When you make a payment, your payment details are:

• Collected in the app
• Shared with third-party payment providers (UPI / Razorpay / payment gateway)

Frentis does NOT store your full card or UPI details on its own servers.

Purpose of collection and sharing:

• App functionality — to complete your transaction.

2) Purchase History (Collected, Required)

We store:

• Your orders
• Items purchased
• Order status
• Transaction records

Purpose:

• App functionality
• Account management
• Receipts, delivery, refunds, and support

Frentis may access:

• Approximate location (area / city / pincode)
• Precise location (GPS, if permission is granted)

This is used for:

• Service availability
• Delivery assistance
• Address suggestions

Users may deny location permission and manually enter their address instead.
We do not track background location when the app is closed.

We collect in-app messages such as:

• “Order placed”

These are stored with your order records for reference.

• We will verify your details
• Your Frentis account and all associated data will be deleted
• Processing time: up to 30 days

This is the fastest and most reliable way to request deletion.

What will be deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Your user account
• Personal information
• Saved delivery addresses

• Any in-app data linked to your account

Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your data.
You must submit a deletion request using the form above or the deletion page.

Currently, Frentis supports full account deletion only (not partial deletion of individual records).

Frentis is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
